Buti Yoga Class
Buti: Music Guides Buti classes like an internal GPS-no more 8 counts or reps. The beat blended movement forces you out of your head and INTO YOUR BODY. It is in THIS magical place that you integrate your human experience instead of escape it. Buti incorporates elements of shaking + vibration to help release stored trauma and stimulate cellular reorganization.
Buti Bands
BUTI® BANDS is a HIIT-based resistance training workout targeted to LIFT + SHAPE your BOOTY while toning + strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement. During low-intensity intervals, students move through static yoga poses to release the muscle group targeted during the high-intensity interval.
Buti Sculpt
BUTI SCULPT® builds long, lean muscle mass using a HIIT (high intensity interval training) - based formula seamlessly blended with static yoga poses to stretch and release the muscle group used during high-intensity round. HIIT workouts kick the body into a heightened metabolic state + optimizes the body's ability to burn fat through maximum heart rate + maximum effort and these effects can last up to 36 hours post-workout. We will end with a good stretch to release the muscles we worked with a flow.
Deep Stretch
In this class we will guide you to find the deep stuck areas of the body. With breath as a tool, she will teach you how to release tension in the deepest connective tissue. This class will leave your body feeling free and relaxed.
Intro to Oracle Cards
Have you ever wanted to learn about oracle or tarot cards? Well here is a wonderful class for you. Jen and RaeLynn will help navigate the questions and take the mystery out of how to choose the right deck, connect with your cards, and most importantly how to use them.
We ask that you bring a deck of your choosing with you. There will be a small selection for sale to purchase as well.
We will go over the basics and then will break into groups to go over what we have learned.
Come to a class with Jen and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Guided Meditations and Special Classes with Jen
Jen is grateful to be offering class again. Her empathic feelings and intuition will guide you safely & peacefully as you journey into your body. This mindfulness strengthens your mind to find that sense of peace, calm, and stillness to enrich your everyday life. Classes are donation based. Beginners are welcomed.
